It’s basically rice paper stuffed with rainbow veggies & rolled. Serve it with your favourite sauce. Simply eating this feels like JOY !! 🤩 My kind of ‘Little Joy’

Ingredients for GARDEN VEGGIE ROLLS Recipe

  • As Required For the ginger peanut sauce
  • 1/2 Tsp Grated ginger
  • 1/2 Tsp Grated garlic
  • 1/2 Tsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 Tsp Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cups Peanut butter
  • 1/2 Tsp schezwan sauce or chilli sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Water, divided
  • 1/2 Pieces Green chilli chopped finely
  • To Taste Salt
  • As Required For the Garden veggie rolls
  • As Required Rice paper
  • As Required Lots of veggies (salad leaves
  • As Required Bean sprouts
  • As Required Tofu
  • As Required Cooked mushrooms
  • As Required juliennes of carrots
  • As Required Purple cabbage
  • As Required Cucumber
  • As Required bell peppers)

Directions: Garden Veggie Rolls Recipe

  • STEP 1.To make the sauce, combine all the ingredients except salt and chilli. Mix it all well. Add some water to make it into a sauce consistency. Add the green chilli and season with salt. Give a good stir and keep aside.
  • STEP 2.For the garden veggie rolls, take some water (room temperature) in a plate. Soak the rice paper in the water for about 30 seconds.
  • STEP 3.Remove and place the paper on a chopping board.
  • STEP 4.Top it with veggies, fold the sides and make it into a compact roll.
  • STEP 5.Cut into halves and they’re ready to serve!
  • STEP 6.Enjoy with the just prepared ginger-peanut sauce and some soy sesame sauce.
