Ingredients for Gajar ka Halwa🥕🥕 Recipe

  • 0.19 Cups Sugar
  • 0.13 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cups grated Carrots
  • 1/4 Tbsp Pista chopped
  • 1/4 Tbsp Cashew nuts chopped
  • 1/4 Tbsp Desi Ghee
  • 0.13 Tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1/4 Tbsp Almonds chopped
  • 0.13 Cup grated Khoya

Directions: Gajar Ka Halwa🥕🥕 Recipe

  • STEP 1.1.Add grated carrots to a pan.
  • STEP 2.2. Heat the pan and cook on medium hot till carrots start sweating.
  • STEP 3.3.Now add sugar and cook till all the moisture is evaporated.
  • STEP 4.4.Add desi ghee and stir. Pour milk, sprinkle cardamom powder, pista, almonds, cashew nuts.
  • STEP 5.5. Mix and now add khoya and turn off the heat.
  • STEP 6.6. Stir so that khoya mixes nicely with the Carrots.
  • STEP 7.7. Serve hot.
