STEP 1.First rinse and chopped one kg carrot on small pieces and then add one cup creamy milk and boil it.ten minutes in medium/sim flame.
STEP 2.Then grind it in a mixer blender and then heat a cooker and pour two serving spoon ghee and blended carrot and one and half cup sugar and 1/4 tsp cardamom powder and half cup grated coconut and cook it.
STEP 3.Remember stir after every four minutes.
STEP 4.After 20 minutes, add one cup condensed milk and stir then add chopped dryfruits and stir again. cook 20 minute more in medium/sim flame but stir after three four minutes.
STEP 5.Then heat the kadhai and add two serving spoon ghee and turn the halwa in kadhai and roast it when ever the ghee.
STEP 6.ghee remove from surface.
STEP 7.Now halwa is ready,serve hot.💖
