Ingredients for Gajar ka halwa in cooker Recipe

  • 0.13 kg of carrots
  • 0.13 cup of creamy milk
  • 1/4 g serving spoons of ghee
  • 1/4 g 2 cup
  • 1/4 cups 1 and 1/2 cup sugar
  • 0.03 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 0.06 cup Grated coconut
  • 0.13 cup Condensed milk
  • 0.06 cup Chopped dry fruits
  • 1/4 g serving spoons of ghee

Directions: Gajar Ka Halwa In Cooker Recipe

  • STEP 1.First rinse and chopped one kg carrot on small pieces and then add one cup creamy milk and boil it.ten minutes in medium/sim flame.

  • STEP 2.Then grind it in a mixer blender and then heat a cooker and pour two serving spoon ghee and blended carrot and one and half cup sugar and 1/4 tsp cardamom powder and half cup grated coconut and cook it.

  • STEP 3.Remember stir after every four minutes.

  • STEP 4.After 20 minutes, add one cup condensed milk and stir then add chopped dryfruits and stir again. cook 20 minute more in medium/sim flame but stir after three four minutes.

  • STEP 5.Then heat the kadhai and add two serving spoon ghee and turn the halwa in kadhai and roast it when ever the ghee.
