Ingredients for Gaad T Tamatar Recipe

  • 1/5 kilogram Fish
  • 2.50 tablespoon Red Chilli
  • 2.50 tablespoon Fennel Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Turmeric
  • 4-5 Clove
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ginger powder
  • As required Salt
  • 1 cup mustard oil

Directions: Gaad T Tamatar Recipe

  • STEP 1.Begin with marinating the fish with salt and turmeric and keep it for 15-20 minutes then deep fry it in mustard oil during a cookery pot.
  • STEP 2.When cooking all the complete fish items take it out and place semi mashed clove.
  • STEP 3.5tbsp red chili pepper , 1tbsp turmeric , 2.5tbsp fennel powder and salt accor to style .
  • STEP 4.Stir it for two minutes and add some water in it and stirring it for a few whereas so the spices don’t burn .
  • STEP 5.Add three cups of water in it and let it boil .
  • STEP 6.Then add the fish items to that and let it boil for a few longer .
  • STEP 7.Once the water is dried out it is able to be served .
