Tiramisu is an Italian dessert that’s rich and creamy in texture. The word itself means “pick me up”.This Italian dessert consists of layers of sponge cake dipped in coffee and brandy or liqueur with powdered cocoa and mascarpone cheese. If you make the traditional Tiramisu recipe, you will end up having to spend a couple hour in the kitchen but with this twisted tiramisu recipe, you will be done in less than 20 minutes.

Ingredients for Fusion Fruity Tiramisu Recipe

  • 3 nos Rusk
  • 1/4 cup Of hung curd
  • 0.07 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp powder sugar op
  • 1/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 cup sliced fresh kiwi
  • 0.13 cup Of water
  • 1.50 tbsp strawberry and rose syrup

Directions: Fusion Fruity Tiramisu Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix water and syrup in a mixing bowl. Now dip the toast in it and make a layer in a serving bowl.
  • STEP 2.Add hung curd powdered sugar and vanilla essence in a mixing bowl and mix well and fill in a piping bag.
  • STEP 3.Layer the hung curd mixture over the toast layer and then make a layer of spliced kiwi on it.
  • STEP 4.Repeat the layer of toast and hung curd on it. Top it with a layer of sliced strawberries and let it set in the fridge for 5-7 minutes and enjoy.
