STEP 1.Separetely blend ginger,chilli peppers, cloves,grain of selim,black peppercorn alon with some water into a paste

STEP 1.In a bowl add some millet powder,then add the blend spices mixture and mix it.

STEP 1.Make a semi thick mixture. Cover it and leave it to ferment for 2 days.

STEP 1. In a cooking pot add the fermented mixture followed by salt.

STEP 1. Stir and cook until it is in dough form. Then add some water, cover and cook for 5 mins at low flame.

STEP 1.Turn off the flame and let it cool down. Now take a handful portion of the dough & make a ball

STEP 1.Coat the ball with the millet powder and keep it aside. Now blend some ice, milk, sugar along with a ball to make a fura.
