Ingredients for Fry rice Recipe

  • 0.33 cup Boiled rice -
  • As required Salt
  • 0.33 tsp Cumin seeds -
  • 0.67 tbsp Chopped Green chilli -
  • 0.17 tsp red chilly powder -
  • 0.17 tsp Turmeric Powder -
  • 0.67 tbsp Ghee/refined oil -

Directions: Fry Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat a wok with ghee/refined oil. Add the cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  • STEP 2.Now add the chopped green chillies, followed by the powdered masalas.
  • STEP 3.Saute for few seconds and then add the salt.
  • STEP 4.Then add the cooked rice and mix well, garnish with some coriander leaves and serve
