Ingredients for Fry numkinpara Recipe

  • 1 cups Maida
  • 1/4 cup Ghee
  • 0.13 spoon Baking sodatea
  • 3/4 spoon salt tea
  • 1/2 spoon Nigella seedstea
  • 250 ml Oil For Frying
  • As required Warm water to make asemi hard dough.

Directions: Fry Numkinpara Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take maida in a latge bowl,mix ghee by hands and continue to mix for 5minutes.
  • STEP 2.Add salt,baking soda and nigella seeds.
  • STEP 3.Add warm water alittle and mix
  • STEP 4.Continue addind water little by little and make a semi hard dough.
  • STEP 5.Cover by a muslin cloth and leave for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 6.After 10 minutes mix again the dough by hands and divide dough inti 4equall balls..
  • STEP 7.Roll each ball into thin chapatis,cut into diamond shaped namak pare.
  • STEP 8.Heat oil in akadahi ,frynamak pare on medium heat till golden .
  • STEP 9.Serve with tea and enjoy.
