Ingredients for Fry Noodals Recipe

  • 0-0.33 nos Hakka noodles pack
  • As required Salt
  • 0-0.33 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • As required Green chillies chopped as your taste
  • As required veggies chopped -here green capsicum
  • As required Beans
  • As required Carrot
  • 0-0.33 cup Cabbage small
  • 0-0.33 nos chopped onion
  • As required White pepper crushed
  • 0-0.33 spoon soya sauce small
  • As required Water for noodles boil
  • 0-0.33 nos spring onion chopped stalk
  • As required Oil

Directions: Fry Noodals Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil noodles in sufficient water. Drain and cool. Heat oil in a wok, add onion and stir-fry for two minutes. Add carrot, capsicum and cabbage and stir-fry for two minutes, stirring and tossing continuously
  • STEP 2.Add noodles, soy sauce, MSG, salt to taste and white pepper powder and cookon high heat for a couple of minutes or until the noodles are heated through, tossing continuously.
  • STEP 3.serve hot garnished with spring onion greens.
