Ingredients for Fry chass Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • As required Salt & black salt as per taste
  • As required Black pepper powder as per taste
  • 0.13 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 0.13 tsp Dry pudina powder
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed green chilly & pudina
  • 1 nos Chilled water glass or as needed

Directions: Fry Chass Recipe

  • STEP 1.Blend curd in a jug with a hand blender. Add salt black salt &black pepper. Whisk again.
  • STEP 2.Add a little water, chilly pudina paste & whisk again.
  • STEP 3.Add rest of the water. Whisk well.
  • STEP 4.Pour into glasses sprinkle roasted jeera powder & pudina powder.Serve.
