Ingredients for Fruity tart chaat Recipe

  • As required For Tart Shells
  • 22.22 gms Maida
  • 11.11 gms Butter/ghee
  • 0.06 tsp Ajwain
  • 0.06 tsp Jeera
  • As required Few tbsps of cold water
  • As required For chaat
  • 0.06 nos of green apple finely chopped
  • 0.06 cup Pomegranate
  • 0.56 tbsps boiled sweet corn
  • 0.03 cup thchopped tomatoes
  • 0.11 nos large boiled and finely chopped potatoes
  • 0.11 nos Chopped onion
  • 0.06 cup Roasted peanut
  • 0.06 cup Fried masala channa daal
  • 0.22 tbsps chopped coriander leaves
  • 0.11 nos finely chopped green Chilli
  • 0.06 tsp red chilli
  • 0.03 nos th rock salt
  • 0.11 tsp Chaat masala
  • 0.06 nos Lemon juice
  • As required Mint coriander chutney
  • As required Sweet jaggery chutney
  • 0.03 cup thNylon sev.
  • As required Salt as per taste

Directions: Fruity Tart Chaat Recipe

  • STEP 1.To prepare tarts
  • STEP 2.Take maida , butter, crushed ajwain and jeera mix well to a crumble state.kneed using cold water 1 -2 tbsps to assemble the whole.Using greased tart shells .roll the dough, set in the tart shell and prick throughout , used beans as weight for the base.Bake it in preheated oven f at 180°c for 25 -30 mins. Or till gets color.
  • STEP 3.For chart
  • STEP 4.Take a bowl big one add all the dry ingredients first except Nylon sev .squeeze lemon juice add both chutnies and fill the tart then garnish with a little chopped coriander, roasted peanuts and Nylon sev and serve.
  • STEP 5.1.Baking and making tarts.
  • STEP 6.2.getting all the mentioned filling ingredients by chopping , cutting etc
  • STEP 7.3. Assembling all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • STEP 8.4.Filling the tart shells and garnishing.
  • STEP 9.5.serving with a smile.
