For a long time i have been trying fruit salsa recipes, but not liking any of them. I decided to give up on others and just try my own version and it was wonderful if i do say so myself. As you can see in the picture, by the last strawberry i was sick of chopping so i sliced that one, but the others are all chopped as they should be for a salsa.

  • 0.67 Kiwi peeled and chopped
  • 0.17 Mango peeled and chopped
  • 0.33 Containers strawberries chopped
  • 0.17 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1/25 cup Jam strawberry, freezer jam is best if you have it
  • 1 can Tortillas uncooked, you buy these at costco or in the cheese section of the grocery store
  • 0.33 Tb butter unsalted, melted
