Fruit Cream is a simple and delicious Indian dessert made with a mix of fresh fruits, nuts, and sweetened whipped cream. It is light, creamy, refreshing, and a perfect summer treat.
STEP 1.In a sufficiently large bowl, add chilled whipping cream, icing sugar, and vanilla extract.

STEP 4.Increase the speed to medium-high, and beat until soft peaks form. We do not need stiff peaks for this recipe.
