Ingredients for Fruit custard Recipe

  • 12.50 g Custard
  • 1/4 Litre Milk
  • 25 g Sugar
  • 1/2 Pieces Banana
  • 10 g Grapes
  • 1/2 Pieces Apple
  • 1/2 Tsp Ghee
  • A Few Vermicelli

Directions: Fruit Custard Recipe

  • STEP 1.Make 2 table spoon of custard powder with 3/ 4th cup of milk
  • STEP 2.Add 4 table spoon of sugar in in milk and boil it
  • STEP 3.Add the the paste slowly in the boiling milk and stir constantly
  • STEP 4.Cut the fruits in small piece
  • STEP 5.Hit table spoon ghi and fry vermicelli
  • STEP 6.In a serving bowl first set is vermicelli then custered and then fruits, first layer is complete repeat the same in the second layer. Set it in the refrigerator and service it.
