STEP 2.Sauté a bit and then add chopped veges
STEP 3.One can use any vegetables as liked by kids
STEP 4.Sauté them just for a minute and not too much.

STEP 6.Add pizza sauce and mix everything gently.
STEP 7.Once done switch off the flame
STEP 8.If you are using store bought fries then defreeze them in a microwave for 1 minute
STEP 9.Alternatively you can make fries or potato fingers at home to be used as a base.
STEP 10.Now there or many options for fries. One can air fry them, deep fry or just shallow fry them in a pan. I did pan fry tossing in 1 tbsp oil
STEP 11.Once they are brown take them out and arrange together in toothpicks.
STEP 12.This will look like a mat.
STEP 13.Now place the sautéed vegetables on the arranged base and put mozzarella on the top.

STEP 15.Alternatively one can place them on a hot pan, tawa, OTG or in an air fryer too.
STEP 16.Kids will love this combo and mommies too as one doesn’t need to knead the dough for it. 😀
