2 teaspoon sweet soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
3 dash White Pepper

STEP 1.Wash the udon with cold water

STEP 2.Add all the ingredients in the sauce and blend it and keep aside.

STEP 3.Prepare the soy sauce and cut chillies

STEP 4.Now add some soy sauce to the cut chillies

STEP 1.add oil in a pan & heat it

STEP 1.add garlic and stir fry it.

STEP 1.now add the shrimp and fish cake and cook until shrimp is half cooked.

STEP 1.then add the mushroom,carrot,naba cabbage and cook for a few minutes.

STEP 1.now add the noodles into the pan followed by sauce and mix well.
step 10
STEP 1.cook for a few minutes and serve with cut chillies and soy sauce.
