Ingredients for Fried Udon Recipe

  • 7 ounce fresh udon
  • 2 Nos garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 3-5 Nos shrimp
  • 6-8 slices fish cakes
  • 4-5 Nos fresh shiitake mushroom/oyster mushroom/trumpet mushrooms
  • 2 Nos mini carrots
  • 0.33 cup Cabbage
  • As required Bird
  • As required s eye chillies
  • As required Sauce
  • 4 tablespoon Water
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoon sweet soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 dash White Pepper

Directions: Fried Udon Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Wash the udon with cold water

step 2

  • STEP 2.Add all the ingredients in the sauce and blend it and keep aside.

step 3

  • STEP 3.Prepare the soy sauce and cut chillies

step 4

  • STEP 4.Now add some soy sauce to the cut chillies

step 5

  • STEP 1.add oil in a pan & heat it

step 6

  • STEP 1.add garlic and stir fry it.

step 7

  • STEP 1.now add the shrimp and fish cake and cook until shrimp is half cooked.

step 8

  • STEP 1.then add the mushroom,carrot,naba cabbage and cook for a few minutes.

step 9

  • STEP 1.now add the noodles into the pan followed by sauce and mix well.

step 10

  • STEP 1.cook for a few minutes and serve with cut chillies and soy sauce.
