Ingredients for Fried Rice (left over rice) Recipe
1/2 g One big bowl left over rice
1/2 Pieces 1 finely chopped tomato
A Handful 1 chopped onion
1.50 Pieces Chopped chilli
1 Pieces Chopped capsicum
1.50 Tbsp Spoon chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Shejwan chutney
1 Tbsp spoon butter or oil
3 Pieces piece currypatta
1/2 packet maggi masala
Directions: Fried Rice (left Over Rice) Recipe
STEP 1.1- First heat the kadhai with two spoon butter or oil.
2-Then add cumin seeds and curry leaves ,roast well.
STEP 2.3- Then add chopped onion,roast it.
4- Then add chopped capsicum,again mix well.
5- Then add tueand coriander powder and mix it.
STEP 3.6-Then add chopped tomatoes and mix well,then add shejwan chutney .
7-After that add left over rice and salt,lemon juice .Mix every thing nicely.
STEP 4.8-Roast it and saute continuously for two minutes then sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and turn off the gas and serve hot with curry. 😋💖
