  • 0.31 cup Brown Rice, Cooked and Cooled
  • 1/4 No.s Eggs
  • 0.13 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 0.06 teaspoon Ginger Paste
  • 0.13 tablespoon Dried Parsley Flakes
  • 0.06 cup Green Onions, Sliced
  • 0.13 Garlic Clove, Chopped
  • 0.38 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Directions: Fried Rice Cakes Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 - take the eggs in a bowl and beat them with a whisk.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 - add soy sauce, ginger paste, dried parsley, green onions, chopped garlic, cooked brown rice and mix well.

step 3

  • STEP 3.1 - heat some oil in a pan and spoon the rice onto the pan to form a small circular cake.

step 4

  • STEP 4.2 - cook it for 3 minutes on each side or until the cakes turn golden brown.
