Ingredients for Fried Rice Recipe

  • 1 cups cooked rice
  • 0.13 cup chopped carrot
  • 0.13 cup chopped capsicum
  • 0.13 cup chopped/shredded cabbage
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1.50 tsp Oil
  • As required salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 0.13 cup spring onion/onion/beans chopped/peas or boiled corn optional
  • 1/2 nos green chilli chopped optional for kids
  • 0.13 tsp Garam masala optional

Directions: Fried Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.First heat the oil in a pan and add minced/chopped garlic and green chilli (optional). Saute.
  • STEP 2.Add shredded cabbage. Stir Fry for a few minutes. Add chopped carrot and capsicum and other veggies. Stir and cook for a few minutes till it becomes soft.
  • STEP 3.Add cooked rice. Add salt and black pepper powder. Stir and cook for another few minutes. It's ready. Serve with Manchurian or simply with ketchup.
