Ingredients for Fried rice Recipe

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup Spring onion
  • 1/4 cup Carrot
  • 1/4 cup Cabbage
  • 1/2 Pieces Capsicum
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Rice

Directions: Fried Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.Make Veg Fried Rice
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger garlic paste to it, saute a little.
  • STEP 4.Now add spring onion, carrot, cabbage and capsicum.
  • STEP 5.Saute and cook them well together.
  • STEP 6.Now add salt along with soy sauce and vinegar.
  • STEP 7.Mix thoroughly till simmer and add cooked rice to the pan.
  • STEP 8.Combine the mix with rice thoroughly.
  • STEP 9.Serve your hot Veg Fried Rice in a bowl, garnished with coriander leaves
