STEP 1.Soak the basmati rice for 5 minutes. Now bowl them and drain out the excess water. Heat oil in the pan. Add the marinated chicken and saute . Keep it aside. Heat oil again. Add the veggies. Add the onion. Add salt. Give them a good mix. Add black pepper. Add soya sauce in it. Now add bowled basmati rice, fried chicken and scrambled egg in it . Give them a good mix again with a spatula. Serve hot .
