Ingredients for Fried Potato Rice Recipe

  • 1 No.s Onion
  • 1 No.s Tomato
  • 2 Potato
  • 15 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • 8 No.s Beans
  • 3 tablespoon Groundnut oil
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 2 Green chilli
  • 50 gram Green Peas
  • 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon Maggi masala
  • As required Mint leaves

Directions: Fried Potato Rice Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Slice onions,tomato and potato.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Chop beans and garlic cloves.

step 5

  • STEP 3.1.add groundnut oil and heat it.

step 6

  • STEP 4.2.add sliced potato and fry for 5 mins on medium flame.

step 7

  • STEP 5.3.using the same oil add mustard,cumin seeds,garlic(chopped),onion(chopped)

step 8

  • STEP 6.4.add salt and saute well for 2 mins.

step 9

  • STEP 7.5.now add beans(chopped),green chilli,tomato(chopped) and saute well for 2 mins.

step 10

  • STEP 8.6.then add boiled green peas, turmeric powder,red chilli powder,maggi masala.

step 11

  • STEP 9.7.add ½ tbsp salt and saute well for 2 mins.

step 12

  • STEP 10.8.add boiled rice,fried potato and mint leaves.

step 13

  • STEP 11.9.mix well.
