Ingredients for Fried Noodles Recipe

  • 75 gm Noodles
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • As required Oil to fry

Directions: Fried Noodles Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add water, some salt and oil to a pot and let it boil. Now add noodles to it and cook it until it is done around 90%. Now take it out in a strainer and refresh it with water. Now add little oil to it so that it does not stick to each other. Let it cool down completely.
  • STEP 2.Now add corn flour to it and coat the noodles with it. Let it dry for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan at medium to high heat. Now add one batch of noodles to it and fry it until light pink in colour. Do not overcrowd the pan with the noodles. Do not fry the noodles at low heat as it will become very oily. Fry all the noodles in small batches.
  • STEP 4.Let the fried noodles cool down completely and store it in an airtight container.
