Fried masala bite puri is my innovative recipe inspired by big puris
I make Small size bite puris so that we can easily eat in one bite
This puris are so crispy and crunchy and with refined flour masala flavour
STEP 1.1 in a bowl add refined flour and one tbsp hot oil for moyan /mohan mix well
2 then add pavbhaji masala and chaat masala,salt as per taste
3 add water as required and make thick dough
4 with the help of rolling pin, make small bite size puris
5 in a medium hot oil fry this masala Puris
6 and serve, enjoy
