STEP 1.1) In a mixing bowl take coarse wheat flour. Add oil and mix it.
STEP 2.2) Add grated lauki, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander leaves, crushed green chilies, sugar and lemon juice.
STEP 3.3) First combine all ingredients well. Then add required amount of water gradually ( only if needed) and prepare dough like form.
STEP 4.4) Make equal size balls and give cylindrical shape.
STEP 5.5) Deep fry in hot oil till golden. Enjoy delicious lauki muthiya with green chutney or ketchup.
