Ingredients for Fried idli from leftover idli Recipe

  • 6 Pieces Idli
  • 1 Cup Chopped onion
  • 1 Cups Chopped tomato
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped capsicum
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  • as required Curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Chopped coriander

Directions: Fried Idli From Leftover Idli Recipe

  • STEP 1.Fristly heat oil into a pan.
  • STEP 2.Crackle mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  • STEP 3.Now saute chopped onion until becomes golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Further add chopped tomato and capsicum.
  • STEP 5.Now add spices and cook for few minutes or release oil.
  • STEP 6.Now add tomato sauce and chopped idli and mix it well.
  • STEP 7.Serve hot ready fried idli and enjoy!
