STEP 1.1 In a bowl add wheat flour,hot ghee as moyan , mix well then add , salt as per taste, coriander powder,red chilli powder and chaat masala and mix well
STEP 2.2 add water as required , make a thick dough, with the help of rolling pin, make a medium thin roti .
STEP 3.3 cut into square shapes.
STEP 4.4 and deep fry in medium hot oil
STEP 5.5 serve and enjoy
