STEP 1.1 In a bowl add wheat bread crumbs and cooked grated potato, salt,red chilli powder and pavbhaji masala,mix well
STEP 2.2 mix well until combined
STEP 3.3 make small balls of mixture, give a nice shapes , make small cups cheese cubes close well .
STEP 4.4 on medium hot oil fry this and serve hot.
