Easy to customize to your liking with your favorite fillings. Gluten free friendly too. Easy-this is an easy sandwich to assemble. If you choose to make your own burger buns, the difficulty level will be intermediate. This recipe can be customized to your liking with different toppings/fillings. Gluten free friendly.

  • 1 piece Chicken thighs boneless and skinless
  • 1.38 cup Buttermilk
  • 0.06 cup Hot sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fine sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Potato starch use as needed, please
  • As required Oil to deep fry
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise store bought or homemade
  • 3/4 can Garlic cloves if you find black garlic, use that instead
  • 3/4 tablespoon Hot sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Balsamic glaze or you can use balsamic vinegar instead
  • 1/4 tablespoon Whole grain mustard
  • 1 can Brioche burger buns you substitute with any kind of burger bun, or a gluten free alternative
  • As required Pickles
  • As required Lettuce or tomatoes or cheese
