Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, combine chicken pieces with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well and marinate for at least 2 hours.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a deep pan or kadai for frying. Meanwhile, skewer the marinated chicken pieces onto wooden or metal skewers.
  • STEP 3.Carefully place the skewers in the hot oil and fry until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through. Flip the skewers occasionally for even cooking.
  • STEP 4.Once the kebabs are cooked, remove them from the oil and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  • STEP 5.Serve the Fried Chicken Kebabs hot with mint chutney and a side of salad. Enjoy!
