  • As required For the empanada dough
  • 150 gram All purpose flour
  • 100 gram whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup Warm Water
  • 1/4 cup less 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1.50 teaspoon dry yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • As required For the chicken filling
  • 75 gram Peas
  • 2 teaspoon Butter
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 1/2 a chicken stock cube
  • 2 chicken breast, poached in a liquid with garlic, onions, peppercorns, cloves and a bay leaf
