  • 1/4 tablespoon minced peeled fresh ginger
  • 1 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1.50 Tofu around cubes per bowl
  • 1/4 cup matchstick cut carrots
  • 0.13 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 0.13 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2.50 Babycorn , par boiled
  • 1/4 small English cucumber, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
  • As required Chopped fresh mixed herbs
  • As required Alfalfa sprouts handful for garnish
  • 1.50 tablespoon chopped unsalted, dry roasted peanuts
  • As required Yellow and Red dragon chillie deseeded and chopped for garnish
  • 1/2 lemon wedges of lemons
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili oil
  • 1/4 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • As required Sesame seeds as much as needed for coating tofu
  • As required Salt, pepper
