STEP 1.Wash red plum and black plum.Rinse and chop Plum.
STEP 2.Take red plum in a pan.Add 1/4Cup water 2tbsp. Sugar and 1/2tsp.Black salt. And cook till looks soft.Turn off flame.and churn.Compote is ready.
STEP 3.For Black Plum compote add2tbsp. sugar1/2tsp. black salt till sugar melt.Turn off flame.Allow it to cool. and remove seeds and churn.Black plum Compote is ready.
STEP 4.Set it in a mould and keep in a freezer for 8-10hrs.
STEP 5.Take a serving glass.Garnish glass ring withBlack Plum (jamun) compote.
STEP 6.Take a plum compote cube andBlack plum (jamun) compote cube in a glass.Now add Mausmi Juice.Lastly pour Amul lemon.Stir and serve.Garnish with lemon ring and Sweet lemon ring.
STEP 7.Tasty fresh fruits mocktail is ready to serve.
