Maisoor pak is a traditional dish of karnataka.mostly it is made with gram flour,sugar and ghee.In india many varieties of maisoor pak like almond,cashew, desiccated coconut,fresh coconut etc. are also made.I have made this maisoor pak using fresh coconut.

Ingredients for Fresh coconut maisoor pak Recipe

  • 0.17 cup fresh coconut brown part removed and shredded
  • 0.17 cup fresh cream home made
  • 0.17 cup Sugar

Directions: Fresh Coconut Maisoor Pak Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix every thing in heavy bottom kadai and swich on the flame.
  • STEP 2.Keep on stirring on medium to slow flame till the ghee gets released and mixture becomes light brown.
  • STEP 3.Transfer the mixture along with seperated ghee in to a greased plate.tap the plate to spread the mixture in to plate and do not spread it with any spoon.
  • STEP 4.Let it cool down little and cut it in to pieces.let it cool down completely then transfer it in to container.
  • STEP 5.Enjoy
