Ingredients for Fresh Blue berry tea time Cake Recipe

  • 0.44 cup ) of all purpose flour
  • 3/4 piece ) egg
  • 0.88 cup ) of powdered sugar
  • 1.13 cup ) of vegetable oil
  • 1.50 spoon ) teabaking powder
  • 1.63 spoon ) teabaking soda
  • 6 pieces ) fresh blue berries /
  • 2.25 teaspoon ) cinnamon powder
  • 2.25 nos ) mixed fruit essence few drops
  • 2.50 nos ) butter milk to activate the baking soda and to adjust the constintency of the batter .

Directions: Fresh Blue Berry Tea Time Cake Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all in a mixture jar add egg , sugar and vegetable oil together . Blend well for few minutes. Add the essence with butter milk . Blend again . Now add the all dry ingredients . Blend and pour into a greased baking bread mould . Add the blue berries . Bake in 180 degree centegrate for 15 minutes . Serve hot with hot cup of tea or coffee . Enjoy !!
