  • 75 gram Cellophane noodles or beanthread noodles
  • 50 gram Quality minced beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon Five spice
  • 1.25 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/2 Cloves garlic , peeled and grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon Heaped grated fresh ginger
  • 25 gram Cooked peeled prawns , from sustainable sources, ask your fishmonger
  • 3/4 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/4 bunch Spring onions , finely sliced
  • 3/4 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1/2 Fresh red chillies , deseeded and finely sliced
  • 1/4 Handful fresh coriander , chopped
  • 1/4 Handful fresh mint , chopped
  • 1/2 Handfuls roasted peanuts
  • As required Sea salt
