If you are craving for dahi puri chaat and feel lazy to boil potatoes then the solution is french fries. It's a perfect twist to the traditional dahi puri chaat.
STEP 1.1. First fry the french fries and keep aside.
STEP 2.2. Make holes in the centre of the golgappas or puris.
STEP 3.3. Take fee of the fried french fries and tear them into pieces.
STEP 4.4. Stuff half tbsp of pieces of french fries into each puris.
STEP 5.5. Now mix chaat masala and salt in the curd. Add this curd mixture into each puris.
STEP 6.6. Sprinkle chopped onion and tomato. Then add generous amount of tamarind chutney and green chutney into each puris.
STEP 7.7. Garnish with fried french fries on top. Enjoy!
