Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and chop the French beans into small pieces.
  • STEP 2.Boil the chopped beans until they are tender.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, chopped onions, and green chilies. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 5.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Add the boiled beans and salt. Mash the beans using a potato masher or the back of a spoon.
  • STEP 7.Cook for a few minutes until the flavors are well combined.
  • STEP 8.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
