  • 1/4 cup Fox seeds powder
  • 1/4 nos liter full fat milk
  • 25 gram Mawa
  • 1/2 nos mediumOnion sliced
  • As required I inch sliced Ginger
  • 2 nos cloves of garlic sliced
  • 1/4 cup Cashews
  • 1.50 nos Green Chili Chopped
  • 1/2 nos tea spoon fennel seeds
  • 1/2 inch Cinnamon Stick
  • 1/2 nos tea spoon Classified butter (ghee)
  • 1/4 tablespoon Kashmiri chili powder
  • As required Ingredients for fox seeds kofta
  • As required I cup Fox seeds powder
  • 1/4 cup Cottage cheese mashed
  • 1/2 nos medium boiled potato mashed
  • 0.13 cup bread crumbles
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped spring onion
  • 1/2 nos Tea spoon black pepper powder
  • 1/2 nos tea spoon roasted cumin seeds powder
  • 1 nos Finely chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 nos tea spoon finely chopped ginger
  • 0.13 nos tea spoon Salt as per your taste
  • 0.17 cup For making kofta bread crumbs
  • As required Ingredients for garnishing
  • 1.50 nos tea spoon Kashmiri methi
  • 1/2 tablespoon cooking cream
  • As required Coriander leaves
  • As required Red chilies sliced

Directions: Fox Seeds Kofta Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.In kadai or pan take milk for boiled and add
  • STEP 2.All curry ingredients (except of mawa )boiled than cook for 5 minutes all ingredients cooked
  • STEP 3.Than mix mawa cook for 1 minutes than cool the mixture .
  • STEP 4.In mixer grinder jar and purée it
  • STEP 5. For making of kofta
  • STEP 6.For Making Koftas all ingredients mixed and mashed make a ball with tidally make kofta
  • STEP 7.Make sure no craves
  • STEP 8.Then rolled in bread crumbs
  • STEP 9.Then deep fry goldan brown
  • STEP 10.For curry
  • STEP 11.In frypan take ghee than Kashmiri chill powder than add curry paste
  • STEP 12.Boiled
  • STEP 13.Garnishing WTH kasuri methi , coriander leaves and cream . Serve with rice or roti .
