  • 1.88 ounce Chili pinto beans drained and rinsed
  • 1.88 ounce Black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1.88 ounce Cannellini beans drained and rinsed
  • 3 ounce Heavy crushed tomato
  • 1 ounce Chicken stock
  • 1/4 tablespoon Corn masa or fine cornmeal
  • 0.38 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 0.13 tablespoon Ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea salt or to taste
  • can Cayenne can be added for extra heat use with caution
