  • 1/4 teaspoon Fennel seeds
  • 0.13 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2.50-3 Curry leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • As required coriander leaves a few chopped
  • As required Salt
  • As required FOR MOTH SPROUTS
  • 0.13 cup Moth beans soaked overnight
  • 0.13 cup Water
  • 1/4 onion small finely chopped
  • 0.13 cup carrot finely chopped
  • 0.13 cup capsicum finely chopped
  • As required Green chilli small finely chopped
  • As required Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 1/2 Juice of lime
  • As required Chopped coriander leaves for garnish
