Hands down the absolutely easiest bread to make of them all. It only needs five ingredients and slightly over an hour of your time (most of it is really just waiting for the dough to rise to fluffy, airy state). Its a therapeutic process too, you knead together flour, sugar, salt, water, then roll it out and simply be still. Thats a state called resting, which applies both to the bread and yourself. Now straight out of an oily heated pan, resist temptation to pinch at it-for flatbreads go best with toppings. Crumbly feta cheese, salty olives, sweet grapes and a fresh scatter of salad. Now thats how you have it.
