Ingredients for Flat beans mustard seeds paste Recipe
50 g Sheem or flat beans halved
1/4 Tbsp mustard seeds
1/4 Tbsp poppy seeds
3/4 Pieces reen chillies chopped
0.13 A Bunch Chopped coriander leaves
0.13 Tsp turmeric powder
1/4 Tsp nigella seeds
To Taste salt and sugar
As Required Vegetable oil for frying additional as needed

STEP 1.Now take a blender jar add poppy seeds and mustard seeds and blend once
STEP 2.Now add the beans and green chillies, coriander leaves and blend again adding a little water
STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan add nigella seeds and green chillies chopped
STEP 4.Add the paste saute well
STEP 5.Add salt and turmeric powder and mix well.
STEP 6.Finally add sugar and switch off
STEP 7.Serve it adding one tbsp raw mustard oil with steaming hot rice.
