Ingredients for Cincinnati Chili Recipe

  • 1/2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Sweet onion chopped
  • 1/2 Cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 2 ounce Dark beer or your favorite root beer
  • 1/2 pound Ground chuck or ground sirloin if you prefer a leaner beef
  • 4 ounce Heavy crushed tomato
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1/4 tablespoon Corn masa or fine cornmeal
  • 1/4 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea salt or to taste
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 Large sweet onion chopped
  • 1/4 pound Linguine cooker per directions on box
  • 1/4 cup Kidney bean or chili beans
  • 1/4 cup Pinto beans or beans of your choice
  • 1 cup Beef chili from my recipe or your favorite brand
