STEP 1.1 in a bowl take flour, salt, baking powder, ¾ cups of water, oil and form a dough.

STEP 2.2 cover the dough with a muslin cloth and keep it aside for two hours.

STEP 3.3 make small balls out of this dough and pour some oil on top of them, cover with a muslin cloth and keep aside for 2 hours.

STEP 1.4 heat some oil in a pan and add chopped onion, garlic cloves, curry leaves and cardamom. Give it a nice stir.

STEP 1.5 now add green chillies, boiled fish, leeks, boiled potato, 1 tsp salt, chilli flakes, pepper, turmeric, curry powder, maggi chicken seasoning and mix.

STEP 1.6 take the prepared dough balls and flatten them with your hands on a plane flat surface.
step 7
STEP 1.7 put the fish mixture on top of the dough and wrap it well so it won’t come out.
step 8
STEP 1.8 cook it well from all the sides on a hot pan till the turn golden brown.
