Ingredients for Fish paupiette Recipe

  • 2 Pieces fish fillets
  • 1 Cup bowl Blanched vegetables
  • 1/2 Pieces lemon
  • As Required Fish filling
  • 0.33 Cup white wine
  • 1 Pieces onion roughly chopped
  • A Stem carrot roughly chopped
  • A Stem Celery roughly chopped
  • 1 Tbsp butter lemon sauce
  • To Taste black pepper powder
  • As Required Butter

Directions: Fish Paupiette Recipe

  • STEP 1.Marinate the fish with salt,lemon juice and black pepper powder
  • STEP 2.Now add 1 tbsp fish filling in each of the fillets,roll and cut.close it with a toothpick.
  • STEP 3.Now prepare a soup with water,white wine,salt black pepper powder,onion,carrot and celery
  • STEP 4.Add the fish in this soup and simmer on low heat
  • STEP 5.In another pan heat butter and saute the chopped vegetables
  • STEP 6.Add black pepper powder and salt
  • STEP 7.Now on a serving dish arrange the vegetables
  • STEP 8.Place the fish fillets and spread butter lemon sauce over the fillets for garnishing and serve
