Fish molee Recipe

Recipe By Slurrp

Fish molee is a traditional Kerala dish made with fish cooked in a flavorful coconut milk gravy. It is a mild and aromatic curry that is perfect for those who prefer a less spicy dish. The fish is gently simmered in a fragrant blend of spices, ginger, garlic, and curry leaves, and then cooked in creamy coconut milk. The result is a deliciously tender and creamy fish curry that pairs well with steamed rice or appam.
