  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 cup Tomato Puree
  • 0.13 cup Cashew Nut Paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • as needed Fresh Cream For Garnish
  • as required Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the fish pieces with turmeric, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and fry the marinated fish until golden brown. Set aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same pan, add butter, ginger-garlic paste, and sauté until fragrant.
  • STEP 4.Add tomato puree, cashew nut paste, and cook until the oil separates.
  • STEP 5.Add red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Add water and bring the gravy to a boil. Simmer for a few minutes.
  • STEP 7.Add the fried fish pieces and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • STEP 8.Garnish with fresh cream and coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice or naan.
