Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the fish fillets with yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.In a blender, blend together coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, ginger, garlic, and a little water to make a smooth paste.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add the green masala paste and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another minute.
