Ingredients for Fish gravy mix with mustard powder. Recipe
1/5 kg Fish one
0.40 teaspoon Turmeric powder one
0.60 teaspoon Red chilli powder one
0.80 tablespoons Coriander powder two
1 tablespoons cumin powder two
1.20 tablespoons Mustard powder two
1.40 nos salt to taste
1.60 pieces Onionbig size
1.80 nos Water for cook two cups.

STEP 1.Take the fish and peel the skin and cut in big size and wash it well. Now add the salt, turmeric powder, Red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder mix with fish pieces and rest in ten minutes. Now take a deep pan and heat in Gas stove. Add the mustard oil and heat it. Now fish pieces fry in heat oil like in brown colour.
STEP 2.Take a another pan and add the oil for heating. Add the onion slices and fry with oil. Now add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt. All are mixed and fry in low frame for one minute. Now add the water for masala soft cook. Add the mustard powder and mix well them and cook for two minutes. Now add the fry fish pieces and mix together and cook for ten minutes. After ten minutes it like gravy then i remove the fish gravy from the flame. Garnish on coriander leaves and serve it hot with plain rice.
